1. Conveyer chain is made of stainless steel with double roll chains, which adjusts speed with Transducer, move steadily and convenience for adjusting speed.
2. Assistance welding gas is educed by Air Gas to protect workpiece and prevent leave gas stuff up the pipe after finishing blazing.
3. Cooling the copper tube and aluminum at welding area use compressed air. Skid-defend fence and welding torch cooled with water.
4. Multi rows welding torch can elevate as a unit, and also can use hand wheel adjust up, down, front, back and angle separately.
5.There are under-pressure protect device in the access pipe of LPG and Air, water access also have under-pressure device.
6. Flames can light up automatically

-The electric control system of the equipment used Mitsubishi ( customer make an option )PLC controller
-Pneumatic parts use SMC products
-For main electric components (Limit switch, switch button, air switch, contactor, relay, thermal relay) use SCHNEIDER.
